We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to fill the position of Clinical Liaison. This role is responsible for developing a hospice presence in the healthcare community and providing support to patients and their families. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to promote our hospice services
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine eligibility for hospice care
- Provide education and consultation to healthcare professionals on hospice programs, pain management and reimbursement options
- Assist with new business development and community outreach initiatives
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
- Current State license as a Registered Nurse
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Two years of experience as an RN, preferably in hospice or healthcare/clinical settings
