**About the Role**

You’ll join a great team of Sales Directors, Sales Engineers, and Account Managers working with the biggest names in the industry. This is a demanding but rewarding role where you will be able to consult and help shape digital plans for Broadcasters, Operators, and OTT Providers across the region. As such, we’re looking for someone who loves the video industry and is actively involved. The LatAm region is of key strategic importance for the company.

Accedo’s success and industry credentials stem in no small part from its in-depth understanding of market and video technology trends. A personal interest in the fast-changing television and entertainment market is a must. You will have a clear understanding and demonstrable record of success in closing complex product and service-centric deals and building enduring and mutually successful customer relationships.

In this role, you will (amongst other things):

- Be responsible for generating qualified prospects for the LatAm region.
- Identify target accounts through in-depth research and via an established network of business and technical contacts
- Responsible for responding to inbound sales inquiries and performing outbound prospecting with the goal of qualifying the principal/contact as a “sales ready” the main for the region.
- Leading inbound inquiries cultivated by marketing and converting them to sales opportunities.
- Focused on ensuring every person expressing interest in Accedo Solutions has a great experience, from receiving relevant information.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets, driving profitability whilst also achieving customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to support Accedo’s growth and strategic objectives
- Maintain a good knowledge of industry and technology trends, and understand how these relate to Accedo to create new business opportunities.

**About You**

You can understand, explain and present complex ideas to audiences at all levels in a persuasive and convincing manner. You are able to work and collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams, suppliers and partners. You also bring:

- 5+ years of relevant experience (Sales or Business Development)
- English, Spanish and Portuguese fluent languages are needed
- Track record in overachievement of sales targets
- Understanding and knowledge of OTT, TV, media and telecom ecosystems and value chains
- Curiosity and interest in media, new technologies and the transformation of the video experience
- Willingness and ability to travel around Latin America. 10% of the time expected.
