OBJETIVO DEL CARGO / (JOB STATEMENT)

Asegurar la disponibilidad de los recursos productivos, realizando los mantenimientos programados y los especificados por los fabricantes de los equipos, maquinas o herramientas, cumpliendo las normas de calidad, seguridad y ambientales.

Gestionar, verificar y controlar administra y de supervisión directa de todos los servicios de mantención y reparación de equipos, máquinas herramientas e instalaciones del centro de servicios, con la finalidad de asegurar la continuidad operacional, garantizando su calidad, plazos de ejecución y estándares establecidos, junto con resguardar la seguridad de los servicios bajo su responsabilidad.

DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES DEL CARGO / (JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Verificar el cumplimiento de procedimiento de AST en el área de reparaciones Chile.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad, durante todo el proceso administrativo y operacionales de las actividades de mantenimiento de equipos, herramientas, instalaciones y maquinas.
- Relación, contacto y control con distintos contratistas y empresas prestadoras de servicios relacionados con las mantenciones de equipos y herramientas del área de Producción, y mantenciones de las áreas comunes y administrativas.
- Elaborar un plan de mantenimiento anual de las instalaciones, equipos, maquinarias y herramientas, con el objetivo de asegurar la continuidad operacional del Metso Service Center.
- Asegurar la disponibilidad de los recursos productivos, para mantener la continuidad

operacional.
- Cumplir la programación de mantenimiento especificados para los equipos críticos de

operaciones del centro de servicios.
- Realizar evaluaciones y diagnóstico a través de inspecciones periódicas a los equipos, maquinas, herramientas e instalaciones, generar reportes e informes y almacenar de acuerdo con políticas de la compañía.
- Toma conocimiento y cumple con las normas de Calidad, Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medioambiente de acuerdo con la documentación interna, requisitos legales y requerimientos de la Organización.

mantenimiento.
- Reporta a / (reports to): Subgerente Metso Service Center.

ESPECIFICACIÓN DEL CARGO / (POSITION SPECIFICATION) REQUERIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS / (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)
- Educación: Profesional
- Profesional de Ingeniería en Ejecución Mecánica, eléctrica o Ingeniería Civil Mecánica, eléctrica.
- Profesional de Ingeniería en mantenimiento Industrial. o carreras Afines.
- Experiência:

- Mínimo 2 años en cargo similares
- Formación:

- Conocimientos en mantención y reparaciones equipos industriales.
- Computación, Office nível medio (Excel, Word, PowerPoint y Project)
- Requisitos Adicionales:

- Salud apta para trabajos en altura física.
- Licencia de conducir clase B
