Buscamos Quality Manager Oil And Gas un para cubrir un proyecto de energía en Chile

Como Gerente de Calidad será responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad establecidos por los clientes, regulaciones y políticas a través de la supervisión y gestión del cumplimiento del sistema de calidad en todos los níveles de la organización en la industria del Petróleo y Gas. Principales Responsabilidades: - Supervisar la implementación y ajuste continuo del Sistema Integrado de Gestión SPMX a través del Departamento de Calidad y otros reportes directos. Esto implica establecer objetivos y programas de trabajo, revisar procedimientos y procesos, medir resultados y analizar acciones de mejora para mantener las certificaciones y lograr la satisfacción del cliente. - Liderar el establecimiento de la cultura de calidad de la empresa dentro de SPMX. - Asegurar que la inspección de materias primas, materiales en proceso y productos terminados cumpla con las especificaciones del cliente. - Validar la aceptación y rechazo de materiales y productos inspeccionados en SPMX, gestionando discrepancias entre la supervisión de calidad y otras áreas. Esto incluye revisar datos históricos y analizar el riesgo de volver a trabajar, aceptar tal cual, reclasificar o devolver materiales para reducir o eliminar el impacto en el tiempo de entrega y/o la calidad. - Retroalimentación directa a clientes internos y externos respecto de los planes de ejecución de auditorías de primera, segunda y tercera parte para mejorar el desempeño del Sistema Integrado de Gestión. - Supervisar la generación de Indicadores Clave de Desempeño (KPIs) del departamento para analizar datos e implementar mejoras. - Contribuir al desarrollo y evaluación de proveedores a través del análisis de datos de inspección de materias primas. - Planificar, ejecutar y controlar el presupuesto, adquiriendo los bienes y servicios necesarios para el correcto funcionamiento del departamento de Garantía de Calidad. - Elaborar y dar seguimiento, junto con sus reportes directos, a la identificación de necesidades de capacitación y al plan anual de capacitación. Esto incluye proporcionar la capacitación requerida y autorizar cursos externos para mantener la competencia necesaria en cada área. - Reconocer riesgos y peligros potenciales tanto en el entorno de trabajo personal como en toda la instalación. - Conocer y cumplir las seis normas de seguridad. - Informar inmediatamente de cualquier accidente o incidente que pueda ocurrir. Requisitos: - Inglés avanzado. - 7 años de experiência en empresa de equipos de bombeo cumpliendo con la API610. - 5 a 10 años de experiência en puestos gerenciales, incluidos empleados sindicalizados.
