In addition to providing customers access to world-class culinary experiences, products and content, we also provide a great source of income to our partners that includes chefs, sommeliers, guides and mixologists. For this, we were recognized by the Global Good Fund in 2019.

Serving both customers and our culinary partners is our top-priority and ingrained in our culture and in how we run our business every day. We continuously strive to curate the best culinary experiences and products and to create the best content for the millions of customers visiting our site while providing additional support and business to our partners.

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities Include**:

- Develop strategies to grow Cozymeal’s community of partners, including chefs, mixologists and sommeliers.
- Manage the full recruitment and on-boarding cycle of partners in assigned markets.
- Launch Cozymeal in new cities and markets.
- Conduct phone interviews with potential partners (chefs, mixologists, sommeliers, etc.).
- Monitor the progress of assigned territories and recommend improvements to continuously grow each market.

**Requirements Include**:

- 3-5+ years of sales, business development, market expansion, recruiting experience, event planning or event management
- Must be fluent in English
- Strong phone skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Outgoing and eager to engage with the host (chefs, mixologists, sommeliers, etc.) community
- Strong data analysis skills
- Proficient in Google Suite and Excel
- Culinary experience a plus but not required
