En **Drivetech**, buscamos un/a **Implementador/a** con habilidades analíticas, proactividad y excelente capacidad de comunicación. Serás un puente clave entre los datos y la toma de decisiones estratégicas, ayudando a transformar la información en valor para nuestros clientes y equipos internos.

**¿Qué harás en este rol?**
- Recopilar, organizar y analizar grandes volúmenes de datos para generar insights estratégicos.
- Diseñar y desarrollar reportes y dashboards con herramientas de BI para optimizar la toma de decisiones.
- Identificar tendencias, patrones y oportunidades de mejora basadas en datos.
- Colaborar con diversas áreas para mejorar procesos y estrategias a través del análisis de datos.
- Capacitar a clientes en el uso de nuestra plataforma.
- Asegurar un onboarding exitoso para nuevos clientes, garantizando que comprendan el uso de la plataforma.
- Velar por la calidad y seguridad de los datos manejados.

**Lo que buscamos en ti**
- Título en **Ingeniería en Estadística, Ingeniería en Informática** o carreras afines.
- **Al menos 2 años de experiência** en análisis de datos o roles similares.
- Dominio de herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos como **Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python o R**.
- Conocimientos en manejo de bases de datos y modelado de datos.
- Habilidad para resolver problemas complejos y pensamiento analítico.
- Excelentes habilidades comunicacionales para interactuar con clientes y equipos internos.
