What you will be doing at Evalueserve
The Healthcare Analyst will assist clients in preparing concise research reports in a fast-paced environment. The role entails providing answers to specific business questions and data collection exercises by creating well-crafted deliverables in a timely manner. A portion of the projects will concentrate on the healthcare business (life sciences, healthcare, MedTech, and/or pharmaceuticals). However, the analyst must be willing to perform research on projects from various industries if needed. Key responsibilities include the following:
- Running data collection through secondary research (databases and web searches) or primary research to derive insights related to markets, companies, and industries.
- Evaluating data quality and accuracy and developing deep expertise in specialized research tools, databases, and sources.
- Analyzing and preparing presentations from research data using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Profiling companies and industries across a large variety of geographies and sectors.
- Actively participating in and contributing to team discussions on project-specific areas.
- Developing expertise in the healthcare industry.
What we're looking for
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Undergraduate degree in a Healthcare related field (pharmacy, medicine, biology, biotechnology, nursing) or equivalent qualification.
- 0-3 years of professional work experience.
- Client-focused approach supported by professional interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work across a variety of industries and functions.
- Strong analytical skills to deal with complex research assignments.
- Prior experience in market research is a plus but not required.
- Prior experience with research databases is a plus but not required (for example, Factiva, Hoover's, Capital IQ, etc.).
