Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Recepcionista para unirse a nuestro equipo:
**Zona de trabajo**: Las Condes, Region Metropolitana, Chile.
**Horario de trabajo**: Medio Tiempo, Lunes a viernes de 8:30 a 14:00 hs.
**Modalidad de trabajo**: Presencial
**Tipo de contratación**: Tiempo indeterminado

Este rol es responsable de promover un sentido de comunidad dentro del entorno de trabajo, al tiempo que se responsabiliza de las siguientes instalaciones del lugar de trabajo: Oficinas/escritorios, áreas especiales de colaboración, salas de reuniones, áreas comunes como vestíbulos de ascensores/pisos de transferencia, entre otras.

¿Cuál es tu día a día?
Proporcionar una experiência de bienvenida a todo el mundo creando una sólida oferta de recepción. Garantizar que los mostradores de recepción funcionen con un nível óptimo de personal y que las zonas del vestíbulo estén ordenadas y organizadas. Presentar una imagen altamente profesional en todo momento
Saludar, registrar y gestionar las tarjetas de identificación de los visitantes cumpliendo en todo momento las políticas de seguridad del local.
Contactar con los anfitriones para recibir a sus visitantes en las salas de reuniones/vestíbulos de ascensores o vestíbulo principal
Apoyar eventos y promover actividades que reúnan a empleados de diferentes equipos de la empresa.
Apoyar con tareas administrativas.
Asegurarse de que los invitados/VIPs repetidos sean reconocidos y tratados con atención
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el departamento de seguridad del banco y ponerse en contacto con el equipo para todo tipo de infracciones de seguridad y situaciones problemáticas
Proporcionar salas de reuniones, incluida la tecnología espacial (triaje y solución de primera línea), escalar cuando se requiere soporte técnico especializado
Convertirse en un punto de enlace eficaz entre las unidades de negocio, el CRE local/regional y los colegas usuarios finales del cliente
Apoyar en la orientación de los nuevos empleados, así como apoyar a los empleados que vienen de otras oficinas
Gestión de visitantes Proporcionar un enfoque acogedor a todos los visitantes, acomodando a los visitantes, identificando al anfitrión y facilitando la recogida. Esto incluye registrar la entrada y salida de cualquier visitante cliente y/o remitirlo a recepción. Expedir pases de entrada y facilitar a los visitantes una comprensión clara y cómoda de las normas que rigen el acceso al anfitrión o al edificio. Todo el personal se presentará adecuadamente en todo momento con el uniforme estándar.
Asistencia al cliente Ayudar, orientar y prestar apoyo a todo el personal, tanto cliente como no cliente, durante sus visitas o en las instalaciones, pedir taxis, prestar asistencia en la reserva de viajes en tren y alojamiento en hoteles, según sea necesario, de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos de las instalaciones del cliente.
Notificación de incidentes e infracciones de acceso Notificar cualquier infracción de los protocolos de seguridad o acceso al responsable correspondiente tan pronto como sea razonablemente posible.
Ayuda en caso de emergencia o incidente Se inicia a través de la alarma de seguridad o de otro modo, incluidos los primeros auxilios.

Buena habilidad de comunicación
Nível de ingles intermedio/Avanzado, para tomar llamadas
