Job Title - Manager, HRBP Andes (Based in Chile)

Band - Management

Reporting To - Sr HR Director LATAM

Purpose of the role

Lead HR partner for Chile, Peru, Bolivia for commercial business with responsibility for aligning business and HR strategies to maximize results in support of the Andes wholesale, retail, e-commerce channels and support functional roles as need. Play a key role as a critical thought partner to the management team.

Key Responsibilities

Drive, and execute talent planning process; support organization design efforts to achieve business unit targets and milestones; integrated partner in the talent acquisition process from recruitment through onboarding; encourage building strength through diversity and inclusion. Create future leaders and drive a high-performance culture through talent management, performance management, and leadership development (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development) Partners with Andes leaders for talent acquisition and learning and development to design HR solutions and HR services for delivery and collaborate with them to develop and advocate the solution. Provides partnership to the business to identify strategies to increase employee engagement through effective communication, policies, and practices. Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required. Support company policies and programs that reinforce diversity in the workplace and customize global DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) strategy for the Andes Partner with Global L&D to better understand the current training programs and create L&D strategy; Responsible for developing and implementing L&D initiatives for all the LATAM countries
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources
- Broad HR generalist experience including facilitating training programs
- BA degree required
- Retail and wholesale channel experience preferred
- Excellent English
- Experience working with Matric Organizations
