Martech Lead

**Responsibilities**
- Experience on designing and optimizing MarTech Ecosystems to develop end-to-end and data-driven experiences is required.
- Run and maintain local and regional partners strategy in terms of MarTech and Data.
- CRM Evangelization in the Market by understanding the current maturity level of the agency.
- Demonstrate the strategic value of Data and MarTech in pitches and current clients creating compelling storytelling through powerful marketing and communications tactics.
- Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Requires a bachelor's degree (ideally post graduate degree).
- Requires 10+ years of management experience, crm and data related experience.
- Relevant Experience in native digital players or in advanced crm and digital organizations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function.
- Ability to explain and communicate different concepts in a very easy & attractive way and creating MarTech storytelling.
- Ability to solve problems in a creative and integrated way, considering all aspects of the ecosystem to which he/she is relates.
- Ability to think proactively and consider longer-term opportunities as well as challenges that might develop in the future.
- Focus on people: develops relationships and works synergistically, share best practices, cultivate relationships wuth broad mix of socially, culturally, cognitively diverse colleagues.
- Typically reports to top management and manages a cross-border corporate function.
