**Job Description**:

- Lead, develop, design, control and improve the operations and maintenance services of IM facilities, Cameras CCTV and communication room, according to Anglo American and industry standards ensuring to meet their commitments effectively and efficiently.
- IM Facilities Specialist is responsible for defining the strategy to support and maintain the facilities, include Facilities of Communication Room to optimize the value realization of the services of IM Infrastructure and communication.
- Possess the ability to effectively manage projects and operational tasks across a wide range of areas, such as: Energy, Weather, Fiber Optic Transmission, Micro-Wave Links, Access Control, hosting and other areas include in the Facilities specialty while maintaining consistent and quality communication within the IM Team.
- To work with the Business and other IM areas to ensure that the needs of new Facilities are prioritized, and staffing assignments are approved and allocated across these priorities in a consistent manner using the governance and project and services lifecycle defined.
- Assurance on the implementation and maintenance are met timeously according to the plan and manage interdependencies with other project, services and resources.
- Define and design the strategy of IM Facilities aligned with the business needs.
- Develop, maintain and effectively execute the services and project plans and organize the activities, sequence, dependencies, effort, duration and associated resource requirements
- Follow the standard, best practices, and project management methodology guidelines to manage entire services and projects life cycle.
- Plan and manage internal and external communications, exchange information, status, issues, risks, and deliverables.
- Complete all necessary documentation for reporting status of the program and explain deviations.

**Qualifications**:

- (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in the relevant IM discipline
- Post graduate qualification in the relevant IM discipline is a Plus

Experience
- 5+ years of experience in IM management or related fields.
- Strong understanding of service operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Experience in designing and implementing plans, programs and maintenance plans for IT Infrastructure and Facilities.
- Understanding of IM governance frameworks
- Proficient in required languages. LATAM roles will require proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish and English
- Demonstrates fully operational knowledge and significant experience in IT services, toolsets, compliance and standards.
- Outsourced team management to ensure effective resource utilization across the portfolio.

Other Requirements
- Availability to travel to Anglo American operations (at least three times a week to Los Bronces).
- Health compatible for working at high-altitude operations
