Buscamos un **Services Delivery Engineer** que quiera formar parte de nuestro equipo de Softline Chile.

**Responsabilidades**
- Será responsable de la entrega e implementación de soluciones para clientes externos basadas en soluciones de portafolio de servicios (Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server System).
- Trabajar en conjunto con el Solution Sales en la definición técnica de la solución durante el proceso de preventa, aclarando los problemas y necesidades de los clientes, preparando el alcance del trabajo con las horas de trabajo y el diseño de la solución
- Asistir a reuniones técnicas determinando en conjunto con el cliente la solución que se debe aplicar en el proyecto.
- Redacción de la documentación del proyecto y de las guías de usuario.
- Soporte técnico (3ª línea);
- Cumplir con las tareas administrativas que se requieren dentro del área Services Delivery (reporte de horas, elaboración de estimaciones de esfuerzo, etc).
- Realizar workshops técnicos al cliente.

**Requerimientos**:

- Ingeniero en telecomunicaciones, sistemas, computación, informática, redes, ing. eléctrica, electrónica o afín.
- 2+ años de experiência en diseño e implementación de soluciones en tecnologías de Microsoft ((Microsoft 365, Microsoft Server System).
- Conocimiento comprobable en Active Directory.
- Experiência en migración de correo electrónico a Exchange Online. (tenant a tenant, On-premise a Cloud).
- Habilidades de troubleshooting
- Conocimiento comprobable en redes.
- (IPv4, Subredes, operación de red a níveles L2-L3) - comprensión básica de los principios de operación de red, diagnóstico y solución de problemas de interacción de sistemas de red;
- Nível de inglés básico - Intermedio (Lectura, documentación técnica).

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
- MS-101: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security.
- MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services
