Es una posición de gestión de soporte a aplicaciones para usuario final, específicamente del sector petrolero, para atención a incidencias, dudas, soporte remoto y gestión de proyectos con proveedores internos y externos.

**Funciones**
- Soporte y atención a usuario final a través de ESM (plataforma de tickets) para resolución de incidentes y problemas.
- Gestión de N1 y N2 para soporte a aplicaciones del sector como: ERP, CRM, BI, software especializado, etc,
- Seguimiento a proyectos de mejora, migración o desarrollo de plataformas e integraciones.

**¿Qué necesitas?**
- 5 años de experiência mínima como: Analista funcional, Analista de negocios, BA, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Owner, SME, Subject Matter Expert, líder de proyecto, coordinador de proyecto, Project manager, service manager, delivery manager, it Consultant.
- 3 a 5 años de conocimiento del sector Oil Gas en empresas como: Baker hughues, Petrobras, Shell, repsol, chevron, exxon, Halliburton, etc.
- Inglés avanzado para gestión con equipos globales. Experiência de trabajo con equipos multiculturales alrededor del mundo (Asia, Europa, EEUU, etc)
- Mínimo de 4 a 5 años en proyectos con áreas de tecnologías (TI) en especial desarrollo, pruebas o infraestructura.
- Experiência en levantamiento de requerimientos, estimación, dimensionamiento técnico (casos de uso o historias de usuario), atención a nuevos requerimientos y su gestión con el equipo de tecnología.
- Soporte de nível 1 y nível 2 a usuarios internos y clientes finales.
- Adecuado manejo de ESM (Plataforma de tickets) para registro, dimensionamiento y resolución de incidencias, problemas, cambios, administración del sistema, documentación y gestión de la plataforma. (ideal bajo ITIL, con marcas como: SNOW, BMC, Remedy, Zendesk, etc.
- Experiência en planeación estratégica de la entrega de servicios en aplicaciones corporativas (soporte, mantenimiento, migración, etc) como ERP, CRM, BI, Bases de datos, infraestructura, etc, o del sector como ETAP, PHD, Fieldcap,
- Implementación y monitoreo de los níveles de servicio acordados con clientes (SLA) y gestión de indicadores de desempeño KPIs OKR, CTQ,para todos los servicios remotos o en sitio.
- Elaboración y desarrollo de manuales de usuario, documentación de procesos, guias de referencia (QRG), FAQ o bases del conocimiento para errores comunes.
- Alineación a los objetivos y estrategias de la empresa, administración de personal (plan de capacidad de entrega, revisión de perfiles, entrevista, contratación y desempeño)

- **Horario**: de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 7:00 pm
- **Zona de trabajo**: Remoto
