**Job Description**:
Job Summary:
As an Experienced Hospitality Coordinator, you will oversee the successful launch, growth, and day-to-day operations of our Short Stay properties (Airbnb and Booking) in new international markets. Your primary focus will be on managing a portfolio of properties, optimizing listing performance, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive revenue and growth. Detail-oriented and proactive professional with a strong understanding of Airbnb and Booking platforms and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Market Expansion:
○ Conduct market research, analysis, and setup of accounts for new properties, and

○ Develop and implement strategic plans for launching new Short Stay properties

and report the data to the CEO.

○ Establish partnerships with local property owners, real estate agents, and service

providers to secure further properties for listing.
- Property Management:
○ Oversee the onboarding process for new properties, ensuring they meet our

standards and regulatory requirements.

○ Coordinate property setup, including furnishing, interior design, and essential amenities.

○ Maintain open and proactive communication with property owners, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth property operations.

○ Manage property maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

○ Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and check-ins, ensuring smooth operations and timely responses.
- Listing Management:
○ Create and optimize property listings on the Airbnb platform, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions, photos, and pricing.

○ Monitor and update listing availability, rates, and restrictions based on market demand and property availability.

○ Stay informed about Airbnb and Booking policies and regulations, ensuring compliance and implementing best practices.
- Listing Optimization:
○ Create compelling property listings with accurate and appealing descriptions, high-quality photos, and competitive pricing.

○ Implement effective SEO strategies and stay up-to-date with industry trends to maximize property visibility and bookings.

○ Continuously monitor and analyze listing performance, making data-driven adjustments to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
- Guest Experience and Reviews:
○ Ensure guests have a seamless and memorable experience throughout their stay, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.

○ Monitor guest reviews and ratings, respond to feedback, and implement improvement strategies to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Guest Management:
○ Manage guest bookings, including inquiries, reservations, and cancellations, using the Airbnb platform.

○ Coordinate and schedule guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for guests.

○ Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing exceptional customer service.

○ Address and resolve any issues or complaints raised by guests in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Revenue Management:
○ Set pricing strategies based on market demand, seasonality, and property-specific factors to maximize revenue and occupancy.

○ Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for pricing adjustments and promotions.

○ Analyze financial reports, occupancy rates, and revenue metrics to provide insights and recommendations for revenue growth.
- Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to property management. Ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
- Reporting:

- Generate regular reports on property performance, financial metrics, and occupancy rates.
- Provide updates to senior management as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $4,620 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
