Job Title: Short Stay Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Short Stay Specialist to join our team. As a Short Stay Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the administrative and logístical aspects of short-term stays for guests, patients, or travelers. Your expertise will ensure a seamless and comfortable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and book accommodations, transportation, and services for short-term stays
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to confirm arrangements
- Manage reservations, bookings, and payment processing
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Troubleshoot any issues or concerns that may arise
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth client experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and vendor offerings

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, travel, or a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer software and systems (e.g., reservation software, Microsoft Office)
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $410,000 - $450,000 per month
