Activity 1: Drive plant EHS business plan achieves the EHS target.

Goal: Ensure all objective and program will be implement on time and achieve the plant’s target.

1. Implement all activities and program as plan setting, keep record and evident.

2. Call meeting with Plant manager to follow up the result by monthly.

3. Take improvement for each objective are not achieve the target.

Activity 2: Follow up new legal.

Goal: Ensure all new concern in factory legal is up to date and compliance with factory.

1. Follow up new legal for all safety, occupational health & Environmental requirements by monthly.

2. Distribute legal concern to interested party.

3. Follow up result of compliance.

Activity 3: Safety Audit to comply Global safety directive.

Goal: Conduct safety audit by management team by weekly or monthly and effective preventive action plan with due date.

1. Coordinate with management team and conduct safety audit by weekly.

2. Set up corrective and preventive action plan and follow up by weekly report to management team

Activity 4: Safety committee meeting.

Goal: Conduct safety committee team meeting be monthly and report within seven days.

1. Coordinate with management team and conduct safety committee meeting by monthly.

2. Report minute of meeting with in seven day.

Activity 5: Contractor work permit control.

Goal: Ensure contractor who entering to factory good knowledge in factory rules and regulations and follow regulations.

1. Training safety and environmental regulations to contractor and keep record.

2. Control work permits system.

3. Inspection contractor safety and report unsafe to management team.

Activity 6: Safety / Energy suggestion.

Goal: All of employee suggestion safety issue and effective preventive action plan with due date.

1. Conduct Safety/Energy suggestion activity 1 time / Year.

2. Summary result and follow up preventive and corrective action.

3. Summary result and report to management team.

Activity 7: Ergonomic training, Assessment, and Improvement.

Goal: 2 assessments conducted by monthly, and 1 improvement done by quarterly.

1.Coordinate and create Plant Ergo Committee at plant level.

2. Support team to get training all related module of ergonomic.

3. Conduct 2 Ergo assessment per month.

4. Conduct 1 Ergo improvement per quarter.

Activity 8: Security control

Goal: Ensure contractor/supplier who entering to factory follow security regulations.
