**What’s the opportunity?**
**What will I be doing?**:
- Design holistic brand strategy for all the countries/regions.
- Develop and execute a consistent content strategy to nurture the acquisition funnel and the lead campaigns, leveraging marketing automation
- Define and validate core KPIs
- Manage our Partnerships to design growth strategies with our partners
- Generate a social paid and community/influencer development
- Work on SEO improvements
- Define new SEM strategies and campaigns
- Generate weekly performance reports and share key results with the team
- Be responsible for the relationship with digital and non-digital relationship channels
- Manage key stakeholders such as agencies in each market we operate
- Develop an education and guidance content strategy to build relationships with customers and nurture the user experience along the customer journey.
- Ensure integration & coordination between cross-functional teams
- Develop and optimize brand reputation and value proposition.
- Gain deep customer and market segment understanding to design and execute customer marketing initiatives with a focus on increasing leads and sales.
- Development of brand awareness and online reputation, communicating the company’s brand in a positive, authentic way that will attract today’s modern, hyper-connected buyers
- Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
**What skills do I need?**:
- 3 to 5 years of related Brand Management experience
- Experience in marketing activities focused on small and medium businesses
- Experience in payments, banks, and/or fintech
- Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, TiendaNube, Vtex, and BigCommerce, is a plus
- Experience working with a global, distributed team on global marketing efforts and campaign localization
- Results-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, in both Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and/or communications preferred
- Highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Extremely detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills
