Importante empresa de retail busca Content and Marketing Manager:

Descripción del puesto: Estamos buscando un Content and Marketing Manager altamente creativo y motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato seleccionado será responsable de la gestión y creación de contenido de calidad para nuestros canales de comunicación, así como de implementar estrategias de marketing digital efectivas, además del desarrollo de estrategias de imbound marketing para impulsar la venta omnicanal. El rol también implica fomentar la interacción con embajadores de marca y gestionar eficazmente las comunidades en todos los puntos de contacto con los clientes.

Responsabilidades:

-Liderar la creación y ejecución de una estrategia de contenido coherente y efectiva, alineada con los objetivos de la empresa, desarrollando propuestas innovadoras de campañas de marca y conceptos creativos que reflejen la identidad de la marca. Supervisa la calidad del contenido, garantizando su relevancia, atractivo y coherencia con la marca, asimismo identifica y explora nuevas oportunidades de contenido para ampliar el alcance de la estrategia de contenido, además adapta y reutiliza el contenido existente para diferentes plataformas y audiencias.

-Gestionar la creación de contenido con nuestras alianzas, socios comerciales, para su correcta aplicación.

-Coordinar con equipos de marketing, ventas, diseño y nutricionistas para integrar el contenido en todas las campañas y comunicaciones, dirigiendo y motivando a un equipo multidisciplinario, promoviendo un ambiente colaborativo y eficiente, asimismo, liderar el equipo de chat con el cliente, asegurando una comunicación efectiva y enriquecedora para el usuario.

-Implementar técnicas de SEO y utilizar herramientas analíticas para medir el desempeño del contenido, ajustando estrategias basadas en datos.

-Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de marketing inbound, atrayendo clientes potenciales con contenido relevante y útil.

-Gestionar las redes sociales mediante la planificación del contenido de la mano con el comunity manager, supervisando la gráfica, y dando seguimiento al desempeño de las campañas.

-Coordinar las comunicaciones de prensa y corporativas con medios de comunicación.

Requisitos:
- Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en roles similares, demostrando capacidad en la gestión de contenido multiplataforma, experiencia previa como Content Manager, Digital Marketer o posición similar.
- Educación: Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación, Periodismo, Publicidad o carreras afines. Se valora un postgrado en Marketing Digital o Gestión de Contenidos.

Conocimientos y Habilidades:
- Manejo Avanzado de Herramientas de Gestión de Contenido: conocimiento en plataformas como WordPress, con habilidades para implementar y gestionar contenido efectivamente.
- Expertise en SEO y Analítica Web: Conocimientos en SEO, incluyendo investigación de palabras clave, y capacidad para analizar datos de rendimiento utilizando herramientas como Google Analytics y SEMrush.
- Inbound Marketing: Experiencia comprobable en el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias de contenido e inbound marketing, con habilidad para atraer y convertir leads a través de contenido relevante y personalizado.
- Gestión de Redes Sociales y Community Management: Competencia en la planificación y ejecución de estrategias en redes sociales, incluyendo la gestión de comunidades, creación de contenido adaptado a cada plataforma y análisis de engagement.
-Comunicación Efectiva y Copywriting: Excelentes habilidades de redacción y edición, con la capacidad de crear mensajes claros, persuasivos y adaptados al tono de la marca.
-Liderazgo y Gestión de Equipos: Capacidad probada para liderar equipos multidisciplinarios, fomentando un ambiente colaborativo y motivando al personal para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.
-Estrategia y Planificación de Campañas: Experiencia en el desarrollo de propuestas de campañas de marca, desde la conceptualización hasta la ejecución, incluyendo la medición de resultados y ajustes estratégicos.
