Objetivos generales del cargo:

- Responsable de cumplir con los plazos, costos y calidad en el desarrollo del proyecto asignado, según lo establecido en el contrato, acuerdo y/o compromiso adquirido por Stantec. Para ello obtener y manejar los recursos y proporcionar la dirección necesaria, expresada en bases, especificaciones, códigos, normas o requisitos legales aplicables a los estándares de la empresa.

Responsable de SHE-C (seguridad, salud ocupacional, medio ambiente y comunidad) y de la relación con el cliente en el proyecto bajo su responsabilidad. Así como de la gestión de su equipo de trabajo.

Funciones Principales:

- Administrar contrato con cliente clave, asegurar cumplimiento de requerimientos del cliente, coordinar con el equipo de IDR y de soporte para lograr eficiencia y cumplimientos de objetivos.

Descripción de **Responsabilidades**:

- Preparación Técnica y Económica de Propuesta del proyecto.
- Responsable de la relación con el cliente.
- Responsable de rentabilidad del proyecto.
- Administrar, dirigir y organizar el personal clave para el desarrollo del proyecto.
- Responsable de la existencia de recursos para el proyecto.
- Responsable de cumplir con de los plazos y calidad del proyecto.
- Coordinar con su equipo de trabajo la programación de actividades y cumplimiento de los hitos del proyecto.
- Responsable de cumplir los procesos del PMP y estándares internos para el proyecto.
- Asegurar la eficiente utilización de recursos y cumplimiento de los hitos del proyecto.
- Coordinar con el Gerente de Servicios respectivo los requerimientos y relación con el cliente.
- Responsable por HSSE y Riesgos de proyecto
- Experiência en gestión contractual
- Experiência en manejo de conflictos

**Qualifications**:
Educación mínima formal:

- Educación Universitaria Profesional (Ingeniero Civil)

Experiência mínima previa:

- 20 años de experiência general en proyectos de ingeniería/mineria.
- 15 años de experiência específica como jefe de proyectos de relaves o geotecnia.

Habilidades o Competencias Requeridas Para Un Buen Desempeño en la Posición:

- Gerenciamiento de proyectos
- Habilidades comunicativas
- Liderazgo de equipo de proyectos fast track
- Buen conocimiento comercial

Es fundamental:

- Contar con disponibilidad para realizar viajes de trabajo dentro del país
- Tener salud compatible con trabajos de gran altura geográfica
