**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow forms, fields, lists, and reports.
- Implement and maintain ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions.
- Conduct ServiceNow platform upgrades and patches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow development and implementations.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices.
- Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role.
- ServiceNow Developer certification (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and REST API.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
- Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration and Automation.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting best practices.
- Previous experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITIL modules.
