1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
2. Design and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
3. Configure and customize ServiceNow forms, fields, lists, and reports.
4. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using APIs and web services.
5. Implement and maintain ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions.
6. Conduct ServiceNow platform upgrades and patches.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow development and implementations.
8. Provide technical support and training to end-users.
9. Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices.
10. Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow projects.

Preferred Skills:

1. Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
2. Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration and Automation.
3. Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting best practices.
4. Previous experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development.
5. Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITIL modules.
