Necesitamos incorporar a nuestro equipo de trabajo a dos Project Manager que tenga experiência en RETAIL o CONSUMO MASIVO.

Su objetivo principal será gestionar un proyecto en su totalidad, administrando de forma eficiente los recursos, equipos y tiempos con los que cuenta el proyecto desde su inicio hasta su fin, asegurando la calidad durante todo el proceso y manteniendo una comunicación fluida con el cliente.

Dentro de sus principales responsabilidades:
1. Gestionar las acciones necesarias para aperturas de locales, mejoras, relocaciones y/o cierres de los puntos de ventas asegurando los máximos ROI (Retorno de la Inversión).

2. Administración eficiente de los activos fijos que componen los puntos de venta de la compañía.

3. Dirección de proyectos y dirección de obra.

4. Encargarse de todas las actividades de remodelación,

5. Asegurar el cumplimiento de la totalidad de la legislación vigente, organismos de certificación y normas corporativas, documentación municipal, permisos de operación, habilitaciones municipales, comerciales, permisos de publicidad y la existencia de documentación de respaldo necesarios para la normal operación del punto de venta.

6. Representante de la compañía ante autoridades municipales y nacionales.

7. Generar reportes para la compañía y la corporación.

8. Mantener contacto activo con los involucrados en un proyecto, tanto internos como de cara al cliente.

9. Responsable del progreso de las etapas del proyecto determinando si se cumplirá con los plazos o si es necesario realizar modificaciones, las cuales de ejecutarse deben ser en tiempo y forma.

REQUISITOS Estudios mínimos: Universitaria Carreras: Requisitos Minimos: Profesional de las carreras de Construcción e Ingeniería en Construcción.

Experiência máxima de 3 años en rubros como Retail y Consumo Masivo.

Experiência manejando instalaciones de gas y cocina.

Conocimiento intermedio en MS Project / AutoCAD/ Photoshop / Microsoft Office.

Conocimiento en gestión de permisos regulatorios.
