I. Job purpose
We need an experienced Project Manager thriving in a fast-growing fintech startup who can focus on developing the best projects, ensuring that the project assigned by Management is delivered within the established objectives, including the scope, time and costs of the project requirements.
II. Responsible for
Coordinate internal and third-party resources for the impeccable execution of projects.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Develop the scope and objectives of the project, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Guarantee the availability and allocation of resources.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use proper verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/suppliers.
Create and maintain complete project documentation.
III. Job profile
Must be a person with strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful, who motivates his team to achieve goals. With great abilities to plan, organize, coordinate and control effectively and efficiently.
IV. Requirements
Minimum of more than 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
3 years of experience in Fintech Industry.
Business
- Fluent English skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
PMP certification is a plus.
