**Descripción del Cargo: Coordinador de CRM**

**Responsabilidades Principales**:
**Gestión del CRM Customizado**: Deberá manejar y optimizar nuestro CRM customizado para garantizar la entrega eficiente y efectiva de todas las campañas de mailing

**Diseño y Ejecución de Campañas**: Asegurar la ejecución de campañas enfocadas en:
Captación de socios
Aumentos de aporte
Reactivación y mantención
Fidelización: newsletters, saludos en fechas especiales, celebraciones clave del año e institucionales, entre otras.

**Garantizar la Experiência del Cliente**: Velar por una comunicación clara y efectiva a través de la redacción de textos claros y precisos, garantizando que la experiência del cliente sea óptima en mails.

**Gestión Tecnológica**: Debe mantenerse al día con las últimas tendencias y herramientas en el ámbito tecnológico, asegurando que nuestras comunicaciones se mantengan actuales y efectivas.

**Requisitos**:

- 1 a 3 años de experiência en roles similares.
- Carrera: Ingeniería Comercial, Publicista, Diseñador,marketing o carrera afín.
- Conocimientos Específicos en: HTML, CSS, Analítica y Mailchimp.
