Robert Half is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support stakeholders across our Technology and Marketing and Creative practice groups. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with the executive leaders and marketing communications partners to support operations for customer acquisition and brand awareness. The Marketing Specialist reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Act as lead liaison between all Marketing and PR teams to ensure objectives of programs and business plans are met.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify new or existing opportunities to grow the business.
- Facilitate monthly planning calls with Marketing and PR teams to align sales enablement workflows.
- Manage the intranet content for the practice groups, ensuring sales content is up-to-date and organized for field teams, including ad-hoc content requests from executive leaders.
- Internally promote marketing content by increasing awareness via microsites and field calls.
- Keep collateral content updated, inclusive of messaging updates and brand refreshes.
- Provide marketing campaign analysis using available metrics tools, including Domo to measure Campaign KPIs and provide recommendations for future campaigns. Partner with PR team to provide holistic marketing & PR performance reviews.
- Support the Senior Manager in preparing presentations and reports as required.

Qualifications & Required Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in a Marketing or related field required.
- 4+ years’ of experience in Marketing.
- Tech savviness and proficiency in most computer programs a preferred skill.
- Understanding of conversion tracking
- Very strong project management and organizational skills
- Exceptional eye for detail, as well as strong analytical & reporting skills.
- Focus on excellence in achieving best-in-market results and ROI.
- Comfortable and practiced in working within set deadlines across different time zones and locations.
- Previous experience in marketing management, program/project management

The typical salary range for this position is $66,000 to $96,000. The salary is negotiable depending upon experience and location.
