Ecolab está buscando un/a Técnico/a en servicio para la quinta región que será responsable de un territorio de cuentas y realizará evaluaciones de clientes en el sitio y capacitación en el área de seguridad alimentaria y prácticas de protección de marca. Examinará las prácticas de inocuidad alimentaria, la seguridad de los empleados / clientes, la calidad del servicio al cliente y la limpieza de las instalaciones en una variedad de establecimientos de venta minorista de alimentos, proporcionando datos de evaluación de calidad para informes personalizados completos para nuestros clientes.

**Actividades**:

- Llevar a cabo auditorias de seguridad alimentaria, estándares de marca y otras evaluaciones en el sitio en las ubicaciones de los clientes, evaluando la seguridad del lugar de trabajo y la limpieza ambiental
- Brindar seguridad alimentaria y educación y capacitación estándar de marca a los clientes
- Realice actividades que creen un alto nível de satisfacción del cliente, incluida la provisión de informes precisos y una comunicación y relaciones efectivas con el cliente
- Asociarse con los equipos de gestión de cuentas de Ecolab para resolver problemas de clientes y ayudar en el desarrollo de programas
- Mantener credenciales profesionales y mantenerse informado sobre las regulaciones gubernamentales actuales y las prácticas de la industria
- Completar las auditorías de inocuidad de los alimentos según la frecuencia de visitas requerida por el cliente (mensual o trimestral) y evaluar el cumplimiento de cada departamento
- Mantener el equipo dispensador en excelentes condiciones de trabajo e instalar el equipo según sea necesario
- Planificar y ejecutar una ruta diaria eficiente para maximizar la efectividad y la productividad
- Seguimiento de las ventas de la cartera de clientes asignada y soporte al cliente sobre los productos a comprar.
- Seguir los protocolos y políticas de seguridad de Ecolab y del cliente.

**Requisitos**:

- **Título de Técnico en Alimentos o Ingeniería en Alimentos, Ingeniería Química, Microbiología, Química o carrera afín. (Excluyente)**:

- Experiência en Auditorias en BPM, HACCP (deseable)
- Manejo usuario - intermedio de MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT)
- Manejo de Teams nível usuario
- Manejo de One drive nível usuario.
- **Contar con disponibilidad de viajes dentro de las zonas asignadas: Región Metropolitana (Excluyente)**:
