We are hiring the best talent for a Professional Education Sr. Manager to be located in Santiago de Chile. (Relocation Applicable).

**Purpose**:
The Professional Education Sr. Manager is responsible for the implementation of the Professional Education trainings for the safe and effective use of J&J products for all medical and surgical specialties where J&J MedTech plays in the cluster.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Works directly with the Regional and Local marketing teams to assess market opportunities and identify clinical thought leaders. Develops the strategic Professional Education plan to assist marketing teams to drive country business plan goals and an overall adoption of specific procedures, as well as the awareness of the availability of those procedures. Establishes targeting criteria for potential clinical attendees of Professional Education events and measures participants against those criteria.
- Responsible for the delivery and execution of ProfEd trainings according with the plan
- Drive execution and adoption of Digital Education solutions, integrated into the specialty learning journeys
- Manages and directs Education specialists’ team of all franchises (Ethicon, DPS and CSS) to drive ongoing procedural and product adoption rates among surgeons, residents, nurses, physician assistants, and clinical and administrative stakeholders.
- Responsible for implementation ProfEd processes in the cluster/country and for the implementation of tools to drive relevant processes.
- Responsible for the implementation of Follow-up process throughout the cluster/country and Profed Reports.
- Responsible to manage Professional Education budget for the cluster/country of responsibility
- Monitors and maintains high compliance standards in the exchange of services of value that ensure the safe and efficacious use of J&J products.

**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Helathcare industry experience is a must. MedTech industry experience is a plus.
- Advanced level of English language. Portuguese is a plus
- Prior Professional Education experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong organization and project management skills required.
- Strong financial and budget management required.
- Senior stakeholder and Scientific Key Opinion leader management experience required.
- Knowledge of HCBI (Health Care Business Integrity) guidelines
- Demonstrates Teamwork
- Expertly Represents Ethicon, DePuy Synthes and CSS
- Strong presentation and public speaking is preferred.
- Strong ability to influence others.
- Ability to access, manipulate and analyze information from the Internet / Intranet
