**Summary**:
We are looking for an innovative experienced product executive with a track record for driving new product capabilities; from initial concept to successful delivery and market leadership. This role will be responsible for guiding the future growth and adoption of Salesforce Revenue Cloud.

**About the role**:
Our cloud leaders at Salesforce are natural evangelists and strong influencers, able to effectively communicate with both internal and external executive leadership and foster broad C-Level relationships. This leader will develop strategies, working in strong collaboration with our go-to-market strategy, sales, sales enablement, alliances, marketing, and product organizations, to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and profitability. We are seeking a Vice President with the ambition, experience, and passion to take Salesforce Revenue Cloud to the next level of success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build a vision for the future of Salesforce Revenue Cloud that focuses on market innovation (including AI) and evangelize this vision with our customers, partners, employees, and analysts.
- Hold the team accountable for delivering on the 12-18 month vision that has been set for your product line including MAU, ACV targets, CSAT, and Retention rates as set in your V2MOM
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy & plan in collaboration with marketing, sales, sales enablement, alliances, sales support, and product teams
- Partner with marketing to develop and curate sales enablement assets including presentations, videos, demos, solution maps, white papers, data sheets, etc.
- Collaborate with SI and ISV teams to build solutions to drive incremental pipe and ACV.
- Participate in the end-to-end product life cycle. This includes market needs assessments, product vision and strategy, pricing and packaging, roadmap creation and communication, release planning, requirements gathering, and functional specification all the way through to customer enablement and ultimately EOS/EOL strategy and execution.
- Leverage market analysis, competitive knowledge, and primary and secondary customer research to refine product strategy that includes build/buy/partner solution evaluations.
- Engage directly with customers, as a trusted advisor, during pre-sales and post-sales implementations to ensure the product will help them reach their desired business outcomes.
- Perform the role of Champion to promote and evangelize the product and new features with marketing, sales, support, professional services, partners, analysts, and customers.
- Present your product's Vision and Roadmap to customer executives through in-person and remote settings that effectively communicate the benefits and value of your solution.
- Create and deliver compelling demos for internal and external use.
- Organize and run industry events, campaigns, customer advisory boards, and social media communications
- Build a culture and community of diversity, equity, and inclusion where all team members have an opportunity to develop and thrive while making customer success your #1 product goal.

**Qualifications**:

- High energy and passion for the job.
- Leadership DNA, proven ability to educate, motivate, align, and lead employees, customers, and partners.
- The equivalent of 10+ years of product management or similar experience.
- The equivalent of 15+ years of experience in the Product-to-cash domain.
- Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmap.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions.
- Professionalism, dedication, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem as a product owner, product manager IT leader
- Bachelor’s degree

**Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) degree preferred
- A people-focused leader with a proven record of building creative, collaborative, diverse teams; developing people; and linking performance to overall business objectives
- Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external stakeholders
- Global experience preferred
- Salesforce certifications in Administration, Revenue Cloud, and Sales Cloud
