**¿Qué vas a hacer?**:

- Llevar a cabo procesos de reclutamiento y selección de principio a fin, para vacantes de distintos níveles de experiência. Esto implica gestionar la programación de las entrevistas, el envío y análisis de pruebas, realización de carta de oferta y gestión del nuevo ingreso, además de ser también responsable de nuestros posts de LinkedIn, como el que estás leyendo ahora.
Tener contacto directo con las distintas áreas de Cornershop y establecer estrategias de reclutamiento si es necesario.
- Crear y mejorar continuamente las políticas y procesos de reclutamiento y selección.

**¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito?**:

- Manejo de inglés nível intermedio, deseable nível avanzado.
- Proactividad y autonomía para gestionar la búsqueda de vacantes y sus respectivos procesos.
- Buena comunicación, organización y agilidad.
