**Propósito de la posición**: Desarrollar y coordinar políticas y estándares de seguridad en la empresa en todo el territorio nacional. Responsable de la gestión funcional y liderazgo de personas a nível de país.

**En este rol éstas serán tus principales funciones**:

- Asesorar al Senior Management Team (SMT) del país en todos los asuntos de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y continuidad de negocio.
- Apoyar y asesorar a la Gerencia del país en la oferta de servicios de seguridad.
- Mantener buenas relaciones con las autoridades competentes
- Mantener reuniones periódicas de seguridad con nuestros clientes estratégicos
- Asistir en la creación de un plan de contingencia.
- Implementar y adaptar los requisitos de seguridad para los subcontratistas del proceso.
- Realizar investigaciones en incidentes de seguridad, salud ocupacional y continuidad del negocio
- Ejecutar, administrar y realizar auditorías a todos los proveedores que intervienen en nuestra cadena logística, velando por el cumplimiento de nuestros estándares de Seguridad - Compliance.
- Ejecutar y administrar auditorías / clasificaciones de seguridad.
- Gestionar el mantenimiento de equipos de Seguridad y todas las certificaciones de seguridad.
- Dirigir el programa de BCM (Business Continuity Management) para toda la compañía.
- Asesorar el SMT / compras locales en relación con los requisitos técnicos de seguridad (seguridad física de los edificios nuevos, bodegas, reconstrucción y ampliación).
- Asistir al SMT cuando ocurren incidentes de seguridad y supervisar la implementación de las acciones correctivas acordadas para cerrar las brechas identificadas.
- Velar por el adecuado funcionamiento y ejecución en la compañía de la totalidad de los procedimientos del Sistema Integral de Seguridad para la Prevención del Lavado de Activos y financiamiento del terrorismo.
- Coordinar activamente y asistir a Ventas y Productos en asesoramiento para asuntos relacionados con la seguridad.
- Analizar y adaptar el concepto de seguridad proporcionado para satisfacer los requisitos de seguridad de los clientes externos / internos.
- Conducir investigaciones en incidentes de cumplimiento a petición de la oficina regional de Compliance.
- Gestionar las clasificaciones de riesgo y autoevaluaciones.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência mínima de 10 años en cargos similares, siendo excluyente contar con al menos 07 años de experiência en posiciones como encargado de Seguridad.
- Formación académica: profesional en carreras Administrativas, Ingeniería, el equivalente en experiência también es válido.
- Alto conocimiento en: Seguridad del transporte y de la cadena de suministro. Sistemas de Gestión de Seguridad OEA, C-TPAT, TAPA, Normas ISO.
- Nível de inglés hablado y escrito: Avanzado.
