As a member of Robert Half’s Marketing & Corporate Communications team, the Marketing Manager (MM) DEI supports the marketing elements of US DEI strategic alliances & events.

The MM is responsible for helping develop alliance marketing & event strategies in the DEI space as well as ensuring these marketing programs are successfully executed. This role has scale and visibility that require strong project planning and execution.

Responsibilities include:

- Contributing to the development and implementation of a plan that will support the communities in which we live and work and grow a diverse and inclusive workforce nationally in partnership with other teams including DEI, Business Communications, Social Media, Sales Enablement and Field Marketing.
- Developing and delivering marketing programs associated with national DEI strategic partnerships and events, assessing performance and communicating results.
- Strategizing to help create robust, innovative, and creative marketing strategies tailored to DEI partnerships, events and activities - including project plans, timelines, KPI tracking
- Ensuring that marketing activities and events positively impact core business objectives and/or DEI mission
- Acting as a point of contact/communication for executive and senior management team
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with alliance partners and event organizers
- Ensuring that the language, tone and content of marketing activities tied to DEI partnerships matches Robert Half DEI vision, mission and standards
- Providing feedback from a marketing POV during negotiations related to contracts, sponsorship levels, deliverables and pricing.
- Ongoing research and subsequent recommendations on strategies for improving ROI for our DEI alliance programs and events, including analyzing competitor DEI activities and event strategies, investigating new and emerging show/marketing opportunities that align with our DEI goals.
- Ensuring that DEI-related marketing programs and strategies are communicated to the field, and successfully executed/adopted.
- Coordinating event logistics including registration, field staff participation, marketing materials, tradeshow displays either in person or virtual, interactions with show vendors and event organizers.
- Responsible for reporting, ROI analysis and future recommendations for each activity
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, constantly prioritizing and setting expectations, toward delivery against established goals and timeframes.

Role Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience working in a marketing role
- 2+ years of experience supporting DEI initiatives
- Proven expertise developing promotional, brand & lead generating opportunities that deliver maximum value ROI and meet business objectives
- Experience working with and managing relationships with executives
- Superb written, verbal, and interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Excellent strategic-thinking skills
- Experience setting strategy and goals as well as owning ongoing communication with stakeholders for alignment and updates
- Experience managing social media strategy and content development as components of marketing campaigns and/or strategic partnerships
A persuasive influencer who has the ability to build consensus and momentum
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related discipline
