**About the Role**:
Plan, develop and execute the go to market and commercial strategy in order to ensure compliance with business objectives assuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through the planning, direction and management of the local team, by leading and supervising the distribution agreements and commercial execution of portfolio, understanding of market context, business, trade, consumer and competition to increase market penetration and contribute in the supporting of the Market strategies acting as a process integrator between local stakeholders and external clients.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop, propose and implement the annual Business Plan in close cooperation with the Country Manager identifying best distribution channels and partners and promote growth and efficiency in commercial operations.
- Assess market performance and recommend product needs and changes necessary to meet sales objectives and consistently aligned with Ferrero Group goals.
- Share and align the strategy and goals with the distributor management ensuring business targets achievement and develop the relationship following the Triple Win Model Ferrero Guide.
- Implement Commercial Capabilities (Commercial Policy, MYPS and S&OP) with the support of Regional functions to guarantee the Ways of Working in alignment with the Ferrero Commercial Guidelines.
- Propose Country Sales Volume and monitor P&L with focus on ROI of budget provided to distributor (conditions, promo, media investment, distribution fees, etc. inserted in the distributor margin)
- Support Distributor in managing negotiations and presentation of the activities with major customers to ensure implementation of the Ferrero guidelines.
- Consolidate and communicate to the Country Manager the results regarding performances and accomplishment of sales conditions, agreements, stock management and control relevant KPI´s and the customers’ profitability.
- Develop and implement, in conjunction with Trade Marketing, cross Category and cross Channel strategy plans through the Distributor to maximize the business development and profitability.
- Coordinate and integrate alignment between the BU Commercial & Supporting Functions and Distributor multifunctional areas.
- Secure with Distributor the optimal Operational structure, roles and territories and coverage of sales channels, communicating sales objectives and suggesting channel´s approaches in accordance with the business plan objectives.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in Business related program).
- At least 8 years’ experience in Sales & Trade Marketing in Management positions.
- Experience in Confectionary category.
- Strong experience in All Trade Channels.
- Experience in Multinational companies.
- Languages: Fluency Spanish / English.
- Strong analytical, people management, negotiation and leadership skills.
