**About the Role**:

- Drive your team to reliably deliver team results and meet deadlines
- Generate a team culture of continuous improvement and leading change
- Design target state solution architecture that meets technical, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Provide expert advice on the solution architecture of vendor solutions and it’s alignment to BHP standards, in order to select the most appropriate alternative
- Provide technical support to other project teams within BHP
- Communicate solution design to a wide range of business and technology groups and stakeholders
- Approach opportunities and problems from a business-first mindset
- Accountable of the final release of the technical documents, for purchase and construction.

**About You**:

- Bachelor or higher degrees from STEM schools, Computer Science degree is a plus.
- English level Advance
- Proven experience in leading teams.
- DDBB design, integration and management
- Design and implement dashboards for reportability (desirable PowerBI)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (including root-cause analysis) with the ability to prioritize effectively in a ever-changing environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, seeking to understand needs and leveraging relationships within technology and business team to deliver outcomes.
- Knowledge and experience to obtain the key performance indicators in mining industry.
- Desirable experience in public cloud into traditional hosting/delivery models using AWS or Azure
- Desirable experience in cluster configuration for DDBB servers
- Desirable experience Cybersecurity to help develop and evolve the company's security strategy
