Grafton Group is looking for a HSEC Engineer for one of the largest Chinese power generation companies.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement health, safety and environmental programs.

2. Coordinate and lead HSEC training activities.

3. Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

4. Manage incidents and accidents, investigating and proposing corrective actions.

5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a culture of safety.

**Requirements**:
Advanced command of English and Spanish

Proven experience of at least 5 years in HSE matters, preferably in energy industry and other related construction/engineering fields.

Professionals with a degree in safety engineering or related fields,

Proficient in Chilean HSEC (SSO) standards.

Experience in power generation and other related companies (large scale projects)

Ability to work as part of a team

**Location**: Santiago, Las Condes (metro Escuela Militar)
