Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health, safety and environmental programs.
- Coordinate and lead HSEC training activities.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Manage incidents and accidents, investigating and proposing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a culture of safety.
Requirements:
Advanced command of English and Spanish
Proven experience of at least 5 years in HSE matters, preferably in energy industry and other related construction/engineering fields.
Professionals with a degree in safety engineering or related fields,
Proficient in Chilean HSEC (SSO) standards.
Experience in power generation and other related companies (large scale projects)
Ability to work as part of a team
Location:
Santiago, Las Condes (metro Escuela Militar)
