Como Lead Engineering Manager, serás responsable de** liderar y gestionar un equipo de Jefes de Proyectos TI**. Trabajarás directamente con nuestros clientes y colaborarás estrechamente con otros departamentos **para garantizar la entrega exitosa de proyectos en tiempo y forma.**
- Liderar y motivar a un equipo de Jefes de Proyectos TI para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.
- Gestionar el ciclo completo de vida de los proyectos, desde la concepción hasta la entrega.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de desarrollo para asegurar la calidad y la eficiencia en la ejecución de proyectos.
- Servir como punto de contacto principal para los clientes, garantizando una comunicación clara y efectiva en todo momento.
- Identificar y resolver proactivamente los problemas y desafíos que surjan durante el desarrollo de los proyectos.
- Contribuir al desarrollo y mejora continua de los procesos y prácticas de gestión de proyectos en la organización.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência mínima de 2 años en roles similares, liderando equipos de proyectos TI.
- Formación académica en áreas relacionadas con la tecnología de la información.
- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para inspirar y motivar a otros.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar eficazmente con clientes y equipos internos.
- Conocimiento sólido de metodologías de gestión de proyectos y herramientas de colaboración.
- Capacidad para tomar decisiones bajo presión y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
- Posibilidad de asistir presencialmente hasta 4 días a la semana a la oficina en Providencia.
