Role Description

This role is for a Front to Back Office Delivery Lead for the Global Markets Operations Technology in NoBraMex region based out of Chile. It is expected to manage and analyze projects from inception to delivery across a wide range of work items. They will work closely with individuals working on the operations and in Front Office and Finance as well as in the technology organization.

Core Skills and Requirements
- 7-8 years of Experience is Leading Technical Projects.
- Proven experience in Project Management, Planning and Business Analysis
- End to end experience of the Software Lifecycle
- Strong Communication Skills
- Experience of issue tracking, JIRA, Kanban
- Exposure to Capital Markets and Banking Business.
- Must have the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong project financial management skills
- Guides projects through all phases, ensuring processes are followed, required documents are completed, and required tracking systems are kept updated
- Develops and manages to project plan
- Identifies, assigns, tracks, escalates, and resolves issues
- Schedules and facilitates regular meetings to review progress and status, and ad hoc topical meetings; formulates agendas and documents minutes, action items. etc.
- Ability to provide project status on deliverables or escalate issues to sr. leaders and executives
- Ample exposure to.net technologies, development frameworks, APIs, Webservices, SQL Server, Windows Servers.
- Knowledge of DevOps Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory, SonarQube, JIRA and related tools
- Experience in Implementation of Automated Unit Testing.
- Graduated in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other engineering fields with good experience in Banking Sector.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

Desirable skills
- Knowhow of local Chile and Argentina market entities like Exchange, Custodian and Clearing Houses.
- Knowledge on Cloud technology.
