**Qualifications**
University degree in Elementary Education with a preference for training in early
- Childhood Education- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English with advanced writing and communication skills

Ability to connect with young children, communicating clearly and kindly with them- Excellent human relations skills in order to communicate effectively with both host

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
Assist with instruction of individuals, small groups, or whole group in collaboration with
- the lead teacher- Assume the role of the lead teacher when the teacher is absent
- Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe classroom/school environment
- Collaborate with the teacher and team grade level in planning and preparation of lessons
- Participate in parent teacher conferences
- Assist teacher with administrative records and preparation of required reports, along with
- support of student assessments- Support the School and the Administration
- Perform other related duties as requested by the School, if temporary and/or
extraordinary circumstances require them or the needs of the School require them
