**About the Role**:

- An overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development.
- Control of monthly category expenses.
- Knowledge of Processing Infrastructure Processes related to mining.
- Develops effective relationships with internal business leaders to understand business requirements, to forecast demand, and verify established contracts are effective.
- Identify opportunities and controls associated with the category.
- Develops collaborative relationships with suppliers to ensure optimum delivery quality and sustained performance in line with business objectives.
- Executes against the control framework for master data management; maintain quality and accuracy of information.
- Generates action plans along with the operation to achieve Budgeted expenses
- Identifies and implements improvement initiatives in Processing Infrastructure Category.
- Work collaboratively across Supply (Region, Global and across sub-functions) and operational stakeholders to develop and execute category strategies, opportunities to reduce external spend through demand, price and productivity levers.
- Collects requirements and analyses key data inputs from multiple sources (internal and external) to build robust category and sourcing strategies.
- Develops sourcing and negotiation strategies using market intelligence and best practice tools such as clean sheeting, e-Auctions, TCO analysis, others.
- Ensures integration of the category strategy across the function (Purchasing, warehouse, inventory, logistic, COMEX, Payments, A&I, Marketing) to ensure lowest inbound supply chain cost.
- Coordinates the technical and any other non-commercial evaluation of tenders prior to negotiation.
- Creates, manages and monitors contracts. Performs contract variations in line with business requirements.
- Executes supplier performance reviews to track performance with contract and business requirements.

**About You**:
**To be a top performer you will need**:

- Bachelor degree relevant to the position.- 5+ years of relevant industry experience with a focus on supply chain management or production areas related to Processing Infrastructure.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proven ability to influence and engage across functions and mine operations site.
- Ability to analyse complex business processes, risk factors and control systems.
- Proven competences in financial evaluations and commercial project models.
