**Finance & HR Services (FHS)** at Deutsche Post DHL - that’s us We deliver shared services in Finance and HR for our divisions within the group.

Our Finance Operations team supports our group in all financial activities, e.g. regarding accounts payable and receivable, general ledger and corporate treasury. These include asset accounting, intercompany alignment, active collecting, customs invoicing, profit and loss accounting and payment factory for DPDHL.

Our HR Services run e.g. the payroll for more than 350.000 employees within DPDHL working in 28 countries across the globe. They also offer time & attendance management, employee data administration and reporting, travel & expense processing and other services.

**We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in AMERICAS at Santiago, Chile.**

**Job Purpose**:
Lead the delivery of HR services (Peru, Chile and Argentina), products and systems in a shared-services environment for a region within or across business units and / or functional groups in liaison with business partners, managers and employees as well as external organizations as required and are focused on improving service delivery quality by streamlining processes and services whilst achieving a cost-effective position.

**Your tasks**:

- Process and supervise the payroll for Chile, Argentina and Peru (~2000 employees)
- Define short to medium term HR Administration/Shared Services strategy, scope of delivery, service quality goals and budgets for the region
- Define and track service delivery standards and metrics to review implementation of HR Administration/Shared Services strategy and plans; Provide inputs for corrective actions
- Approve recommendations and selection of major vendors
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in HR Administration/Shared Services
- Understand current and anticipate future HR needs of the region, HR partners and employees at individual or cross-business/function level
- Conceptualize new and review existing HR services, products, processes and tools to meet current/future needs, improve service delivery quality and streamline processes and services
- Scope of HR Administration/ Shared Services includes HR Services, Shared Services
- Support, HR Administration/ and Non HR Services
- Manage the payroll team (Performance, development, training)

**Your profile**:
**Education Level**:

- +5 years Administrative, accounting, engineering or related degree
- HR certification preferred

**Experience Level**
- Payroll Administration for Chile and Argentina. Peru preferred
- Legislative knowledge for Chile and Argentina. Peru preferred
- Accounting knowledge
- Audit Experience
- Experience with Payroll system implementation
- Required knowledge of time & attendance system (ADP Payroll, GEO Victoria or similar)
- Team management
- Soft skills
- 10 years of experience on similar roles
- English preferred
