Prestigioso cliente multinacional del rubro automotriz se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a Analista Control de Gestión Proveedores:
Periodo contratación: 6 meses inicialmente, con posibilidad de extensión.
Modalidad: Hibrida (Lugar de trabajo La Dehesa)
Funciones:
- SOLICITUD ORDENES DE COMPRAS.
- SOLICITUD DE ÓRDENES DE COMPRAS AL ÁREA DE COMPRAS, DE LOS SERVICIOS RECURRENTES Y OCASIONALES E INVERSIONES, PARA LO CUAL DEBO ENVIAR LOS CENTROS DE COSTOS, CUENTA CONTABLE.
- ANALISIS ORDEN DE COMPRA, FACTURACIÓN.
- REVISAR QUE LOS MONTOS FACTURADOS POR EL PROVEEDOR ESTÉN DE ACUERDO CON LA ORDEN DE COMPRA EMITIDA, DE HABER DIFERENCIAS GESTIONAR REUNIONES PARA TENER SOLUCIÓN.
- FACTURACIÓN INTERCOMPANY DE SERVICIOS CARGADOS EN CHILE A OTRAS OPERACIONES DE LA REGIÓN O GLOBAL.
- CONSISTE EN FACTURAR A LA REGIÓN MENSUALMENTE LOS SERVICIOS ENTREGADOS POR PROVEEDORES EN CHILE A LOS DISTINTOS MERCADOS DE LA REGIÓN.
- ANALIZAR LOS GASTOS REALES MENSUALMENTE POR SERVICIO Y PROVEEDOR, PROYECTARLOS A DICIEMBRE CON EL OBJETIVO ESTABLECER FEHACIENTEMENTE CUMPLIR CON LOS PRESUPUESTOS ESTABLECIDOS Y LOS SAVING SOLICITADOS. PARA ESTO SE REALIZAN ANÁLISIS DE TODAS LAS CUENTAS CONTABLES Y EL SEGUIMIENTO CON LOS MERCADOS PARA SUS RESPECTIVOS RECOBROS. ESTABLECER QUE LOS VALORES DE LOS SERVICIOS ESTÁN EN CONCORDANCIA CON EL PRESUPUESTO, PROVISIONAR GASTOS QUE NO HAN SIDO EJECUTADOS, PERO QUE EN EL PERIODO (ENERO - DICIEMBRE) DEBE SER IMPLEMENTADOS. TAMBIÉN ES PARTE IMPORTANTE DE ESTE CONTROL TENER REUNIONES CON LOS MIEMBROS DEL EQUIPO REGIONAL DE HR PARA TENER RETROALIMENTACIÓN. ANÁLISIS DE LOS GASTOS IMPUTADOS EN BPC, ESTOS CUADREN CON LOS INFORMADOS ENTREGADOS POR LAS ÁREAS DE CONTABILIDAD REGIONALES.
- GENERAR PROCESOS Y PLANTILLAS QUE FACILITEN LA GESTIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA DE LOS MERCADOS Y QUE PERMITA UNA RÁPIDA Y SIMPLE CONSOLIDACIÓN REGIONAL DE LOS GASTOS DE PERSONAS.
- ADICIONALMENTE, SE CONSIDERARÁN OTRAS FUNCIONES NECESARIAS PARA CUMPLIR CON EL PROPÓSITO DEL CARGO.
**Requisitos**:
- CONOCIMIENTO EN SAP INTERMEDIO, MANEJO DE EXCEL INTERMEDIO - AVANZADO (FORMULAS, CONDICIONALES, DINAMICAS, CRUCES DE BBDD)
- FORMACIÓN TÉCNICO O ING COMERCIAL, CIVIL INDUSTRIAL, ADMINISTRACIÓN DE EMPRESAS O CARRERA AFIN (DESEABLE).
- MINIMO 2 A 3 AÑOS DE EXPERIENCIA EN ROLES SIMILARES Y/O EMPRESA MULTINACIONAL
- INGLES INTERMEDIO (LECTURA - ESCRITURA).
- CAPACIDAD DE RELACIONARSE, ESTRUCTURADA, CAPACIDAD DE PLANIFICACIÓN Y DE AUTOGESTION, PENSAMIENTO ANALITICO
- MODALIDAD DE TRABAJO HIBRIDO - REMOTO.
