Estamos buscando al mejor **Project Manager**, para ser parte de nuestro equipo de DevOps del área de Ingeniería.

Necesitamos tu liderazgo para influir directamente en el rumbo de nuestra Infraestructura, crear el roadmap, priorizarlo y ser parte de la implementación. La relación con los otros equipos de Ingeniería es clave para escalar nuestro negocio, por esto tendrás todas las herramientas que necesites para realizar tu visión de la mejor forma posible.

Actualmente el área de Ingeniería está compuesto por un equipo multidisciplinario ubicado en todo Latinoamérica. Estamos creando el nuevo estándar de servicios financieros, lo cual trae muchos desafíos de escala e implementación, por lo que necesitamos tu creatividad, liderazgo y talento.

Nos gusta trabajar en un ambiente donde puedas libremente exponer tus ideas y contar con la colaboración de todos los equipos. Nos tenemos la confianza para decir las cosas de frente y nos preocupamos en mantener relaciones de largo plazo.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Administrar el ciclo de tareas de tu equipo influyendo directamente el Roadmap a largo plazo, Planning del trimestre y cadencia de trabajo que funcione mejor en tu equipo.
- Trabajar de cerca con el resto de los equipos técnicos de la empresa, entender sus necesidades y traducirlos en acciones para tu equipo.
- Comunicación frecuente con managers para coordinar efectivamente el avance de tu equipo.
- Liderar el avance de tu equipo escribiendo documentos con los requerimientos y apoyando la priorización y ejecución de las tareas.
- Exponer los KPIs del ciclo de trabajo de tu equipo y generar los ajustes necesarios para lograr las metas de forma eficiente.
- Hacer presentaciones para mostrar resultados del ciclo de trabajo.

**Requerido**:

- Pasión por Xepelin y el problema que resolvemos.
- Trabajo proactivo y responsable.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
- 2 años de experiência previa como Project Manager, Product Manager o Product Owner en equipos técnicos.
- Conocimiento de distintas metodologías Ágiles y entender cómo ajustarlas según la necesidad del equipo. (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, entre otras)
- Excelentes habilidades para trabajar en equipo. Ser humilde y saber colaborar.
- Ser un ejemplo de la cultura de Xepelin internamente y externamente.

**Deseado (Mejor si tienes)**:

- Experiência en programación o trabajando con código y sistemas.
- Haber trabajado en alguna Fintech.
- Capacidad para pensar en grande y a futuro, orientado a resultados medibles.
- Te sientes cómodo cuestionando el status-quo de los servicios financieros, adaptándote rápidamente a los cambios, y presentando claramente tus ideas y conceptos para debatirlos en equipo.
