**Sobre la posición**: En el equipo de Cabify Logistics estamos buscando la persona idónea para que se incorpore como Liveops & Support Coordinator. Formarás parte de un equipo dinámico y ejecutor y tendrás un rol clave en el área encargada del crecimiento de Cabify Chile, con managers, especialistas, y analistas para apoyarte.

**¿Cómo nos ayudarás a lograr nuestra misión?**
- Actitud de entrega práctica y continua. Capacidad para aprender y adaptarse al cambio.
- Coordinación de tareas y coordinación de su ejecución con un equipo de agentes.
- Experiência en atención al cliente y procesos de operaciones de logística de última milla.
- Orientado a resultados.

**¿Qué harás?**
- Estarás a cargo de coordinar un equipo de agentes para la ejecución de procesos operativos de logística para garantizar el cumplimiento del nível de servicio acordado con nuestros principales clientes.
- Estarás a cargo del cálculo y seguimiento de los KPIs del área, así como buscar insights de mejoría contínua a ellos. Deberás tener una mirada analítica e identificar oportunidades de mejoras que tengan impacto en el día a día de operaciones y en las métricas del área.
- Estarás a cargo de gestionar el equipo de agentes, relacionándose con empresas externas y haciendo control de asistencia, cumplimiento y controlde horas extras del equipo.
- Deberás solucionar casos críticos liderando el equipo dando énfasis por calidad y excelencia en los procesos.
- Apoyar en el diseño de nuestras operativas y cuidar de todo su proceso de implementación hasta el correcto funcionamiento de las mismas.
- Serás el encargado de la generación de análisis de los datos referentes a la atención de clientes para la toma de decisiones relevantes para el negocio.
- Trabajarás con pares de otros equipos y/o países para definir el benchmark de iniciativas de soporte y de operaciones en tiempo real.
- Serás responsable por llevar seguimiento de los KPI’s del área que ayuden a guiar al equipo comercial en los compromisos con clientes
