We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our team and contribute to our data visualization initiatives. As a Tableau Developer, you will be responsible for developing advanced Tableau data models and creating insightful dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your data modeling and dashboard development expertise will be key in transforming complex data into visually appealing and interactive visualizations.

**Responsibilities**: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and requirements. Design and develop advanced Tableau data models to ensure efficient and accurate data representation. Create interactive and visually compelling dashboards using Tableau Desktop, incorporating best practices for data visualization. Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability, ensuring smooth and intuitive user experiences. Conduct data analysis and identify trends, patterns, and insights through data visualization techniques. Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure data availability, quality, and consistency. Stay updated with the latest Tableau features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously enhance your skills and improve data visualization capabilities. Collaborate with other analytics and business intelligence team members to leverage data insights for informed decision-making.

**Requisitos**:
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Tableau development, data modeling, and dashboard creation. Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep, with advanced knowledge of calculated fields, level of detail expressions, data blending, and joins. Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices. Experience in optimizing Tableau dashboards for performance and usability. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with stakeholders from various departments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality visualizations. Knowledge of SQL and database concepts. Experience with other data visualization tools and programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus.
