- **Responsabilidades y tareas**:
- Estudios de viabilidad de nuevos desarrollos (fase preliminar). Análisis de riesgos y otros inputs para la toma de decisión de inversión.
- Colaborar en el desarrollo y tramitación de los proyectos en cartera desde greenfield hasta RTB.
- Producir la documentación requerida por los diferentes stakeholders durante el proceso de desarrollo: terratenientes, organismos municipales, desarrolladores de proyectos, consultores técnicos y/o medioambientales, e instituciones financieras, entre otros.
- Seguimiento de las diferentes tareas abiertas con administraciones y proveedores.
- Coordinación con otras áreas internas de la empresa y que dan soporte al proyecto.
- Dar soporte al Gerente de Desarrollo de Proyectos de Chile para crear y mantener actualizado un documento de estatus, presupuesto y cronograma de los proyectos bajo su responsabilidad.
- Dar soporte al Gerente de Desarrollo de Proyectos de Chile en la preparación de reportes acerca de la situación de los proyectos.
- Mantenerse actualizado al respecto de cambios en la normativa aplicable a los proyectos.
**Requirements**:
- Formación en ingeniería (se valora especialmente orientación en energía, eléctrica y/o medioambiental), arquitectura o similar.
- No se requiere experiência previa, aunque es deseable experiência en energía fotovoltaica.
- Buenas dotes de comunicación para interlocución con Administraciones Públicas y Privadas, y otros stakeholders del proyecto (p.ej. proveedores).
- Imprescindible persona proactiva, flexible y ordenada. Con voluntad y capacidad de aprender, así como de desarrollar su carrera profesional en el sector de las energías renovables.
