- What you will be doing
- PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervisor of the cleaning of the facility and administrative areas, review of templates in relation to the internal procedures of the company.
_Supervisora de la limpieza del facility y áreas administrativas, revisión de plantillas en relación a los procedimientos internos de la compañía._ Administers confidential materials & information, compiling, organizing, and keeping files and records.
_Administra materiales e información confidenciales, compilando, organizando y manteniendo archivos y registros._ Coordination of Transport (Approach Bus) of World Courier employees. Maintain contact with external company and operational needs
_. Coordinación de Transporte (Bus de Acercamiento) de los empleados de World Courier. _
- Mantener contacto con la empresa externa y las necesidades operativas._ Coordination of the entries and exits of external personnel. Direct contact with the administration of Bodepark to access the facilities

_Asegura la ejecución de las políticas administrativas de la empresa._ Coordination of recycling processes, control, and receipt of monthly information. Garbage Removal Coordination.

Coordinación de retiro de Basura._ In charge of maintenance, coordination with suppliers and general arrangements, related to administrative areas. (VODA, thermos and heater, air fresheners bathrooms, American sky, paintings, repair of walls, doors, handles, plumbing and lighting).
_Encargada de mantenimiento, coordinación con proveedores y arreglos generales, relacionado a áreas administrativas. (VODA, Termos y calefón, ambientadores baños, cielo americano, pinturas, reparación de murallas, puertas, manillas, gasfitería e iluminación)._ Coordination of purchases related to Safety and Hygiene, Administrative Material and Common Expense (Dimerc).
_Coordinación de compras relacionadas a Seguridad e Higiene, Material administrativo y Gasto común (Dimerc)._ Coordinates events (meetings, trainings, seminars; business lunch & dinners) and special celebrations (such as Mother´s day, Father´s day, etc.).
_Coordina eventos (reuniones, capacitaciones, seminarios; almuerzos y cenas de negocios) y celebraciones especiales (como el Día de la Madre, el Día del Padre, etc.)_ Makes travels arrangements and provides travel expenses reports on a regular basis.
_Hace arreglos de viaje y proporciona informes de gastos de viaje de forma regular_ Welcome guests from Global and Regional, providing all necessary support (logistics & administrative).
_Dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes de Global y Regional, proporcionando todo el apoyo necesario (logística y administrativo)_ Realizar el control local de compras y stock de material general de oficina 14. Responsible for the coordination of the mail process (office mail and motorcycle messaging system).

_Responsable del seguimiento _de fechas de caducidad de licencias legales/operativas. Promotes and keeps interface with co-related departments within the company. Promueve y mantiene la interfaz con departamentos relacionados dentro de la empresa. Support to the areas of Transport and CSS with the development of Vendor Onboarding.
_Apoyo a las áreas de Transporte y CSS con la elaboración de Vendor Onboarding._ Preparation of Purchase Orders Operational and Administrative Area.
_Elaboración de Órdenes de Compra Área Operativa y Administrativa._ Support in activities to General Management, Transportation Management, CSS and HR Management

What your background should look like
- EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Preferred Tertiary education, Diploma and above with a pass in English, Accounting, Business Basic or equivalent skills.

Finance Manager

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

- Working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Good knowledge of secretary principles.
- Good verbal and interpersonal skills.
