**The job position involves the following key aspects**:

- Support the Equity Sales team based in Chile covering Institutional clients from Latin America ex-Brazil.
- Prepare daily reports including market color, research content and investment ideas.
- Responsible for daily operative tasks (trade settlements, confirmations, among others).
- Managing relationship with the operations teams (middle/back office) in the region.
- Responsible of client onboarding processes (coordination with KYC teams).
- Support in the logistics and coordination of client agendas and requests.
- Constant interaction with the Equity Research Team to transmit investment ideas to our institutional clients.
**Job requirements**
- Graduate students with 0 to 1 year of experience in a related financial area.
- Bachelor in Industrial or Commercial Engineering.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and oral).
