For our new Energy business unit, we are looking for a **HRBP, **who will join the HR Department reporting to the HR Director, Energy.

The position will be based in Chile.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Lead the HR function in the organization in Chile supporting the design, launch, implementation and follow-up of projects, initiatives and Human Resources administration, such as**:

- ** Selection and Onboarding: carry out the selection processes from start to finish, organization of onboardings and follow-up of new hires.**:

- ** Administration and Payroll: to carry out the correct supervision and review of monthly payroll and social security payments, in accordance with labor regulations, resolving possible incidents and claims. Carry out the management of hiring processes, registrations, sick leave, illnesses, and other movements that impact on employment.**:

- ** Data Management & Reporting: prepare reports, reporting and management of Human Resources data and indicators, perform administrative tasks for the proper functioning of the area.**:

- ** Organization: definition and classification of jobs, maintenance of HR management systems.**:

- ** Training: collaborate in the detection of training needs, design of the training plan and management and implementation of training actions.**:

- ** Development: collaborate in the annual talent review program, professional development plans and mobility programs.**:

- ** Communication: support in the development and deployment of communication actions in the business unit.**:

- ** Support and advise the employees of the unit, in all Human Resources processes required.**:
**Education and experience**:

- Undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field: Economics, Law, Labor Relations, Psychology.
- Fluent English.
- Experience of at least 8 years in the detailed functions.
- Demonstrated experience in payroll management and high knowledge in current labor law.
- High level of Excel and Powerpoint and facility to learn new software (Outlook, Workday).
