Job Requirements

**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for leading a team responsible for the design and implementation of regional operations processes, assuring effectiveness and efficient control and performance, enhancing, and supporting business growth and continuous improvement across Latin American region, in the following line of business: A&H Direct Marketing (DM) and multi-line (A&H, Personal Lines & Specialty Life) and multi-channel distribution. Work with the technology departments and other stakeholders to drive efficiencies on new program implementations. Improve management information regionally to drive improved decision making. Drive the VOC program for the operations processes. Ensure secure operation for the Consumer model.
This position leads 5 headcounts and consultants, based on project needs.
Geographically based in Latin America and mobility to travel around LATAM countries.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develops the regional strategy and roadmap for key regional operations systems and processes, acting as the liaison for prioritization of country requirements for system enhancements, automation, and process changes.
Ensure alignment with corporate/regional strategy and priorities, ensuring implementation and management of key organizational and operational decisions, policies and actions agreed in steering committees.
Optimize spend to drive efficiency, automation, increased ease of doing business and transformation
Drives operational strategic programs, projects, and processes implementation across the region, managing a diverse team of professionals by providing direction and guidance in the right execution and delivery of timely and cost-effective projects.
Works in close collaboration with Information Technology and other business and support areas to ensure effective systems changes with mínimal impacts to end-user in regional operational processes, including priorities setting, resources allocation, business impact analysis and senior management status reporting.
Reviews and analyzes reports/data to identify challenges and support needs and follow-up with local operation teams and staff.
Encourages constant focus on solutions and results, active learning and sharing of knowledge for cost efficient, effective, and sustainable alternatives that will impact positively changes in operations processes/systems.
Supports business growth to the business and to the Digital regional team in analysis, definition and implementation of projects that will impact or reflect changes in A&H Direct Marketing (DM) and multi-line (A&H, Personal Lines & Specialty Life) and multi-channel distribution regional operational processes.

Work Experience

**Technical Knowledge**:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Business Administration.
Desirable certification in Project Management and/ or Agile methodologies.

**Languages**: ability to effectively communicate in Spanish and English. Portuguese, desired.
Overall Insurance Operations knowledge, with solid understanding of Chubb proprietary systems and target operating models.
Strong knowledge of Latin American countries operational business models regarding A&H Direct Marketing (DM) and multi-line (A&H, Personal Lines & Specialty Life) and multi-channel distribution.
- Strong technical capabilities for purposes of coordinating/managing technology-related projects and collaborating with technical areas.
- Excellent organizational, project management, change management and multi-tasking skills.

Strong knowledge in process design and process improvement methods.

**Experience**:
Solid Insurance Operations experience (10 years or more), with solid understanding of Chubb proprietary systems.
Deep experience in leading complex and large projects (10 years or more) regarding operations area and technology-related projects.
Analytics and numerical analysis. Metrics and process driven
Experience in making difficult decisions and to involve others sufficiently in the decision-making process.
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
Experience in setting governance, influencing stakeholders, and driving change.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to define SMART targets, plan, organize, and direct the execution of organizational goals and objectives
