**Responsibilities**:
**Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division** (Hexagon) is seeking a
**Technical Lead **within our ALI Americas group.to work in

- Ensure services best practices are being applied
- Promote team skills development
- Plan and coordinate tasks to completion
- Follow and track KPIs
- Manages teams of incumbents responsible for technical and process solution initiatives driven by the customer centricity strategies.
- Develops and implements policies and practices for client installations, including access management, data mapping and transfer, process documentation, testing and troubleshooting, and client training.
- Interfaces with consulting, sales, and project management teams to develop strategy and resource plans to anticipate demand for implementation services and workforce needs.
- Provides client insight and feedback to product development and professional services teams for product and services improvement.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- Implements initiatives and strategies for career development of direct employees.
- Guarantee long term operation
- Engage customer satisfaction and Support
Qualifications:
**Education**
- Degree in engineering, system analysis, or similar.
**Experience**
- A minimum of 6-years’ experience working in a relevant industry and/or with similar technology in a technical support/consulting role
**Knowledge**
- Experience in Projects or Solution Implementation
- Experience in Team management and leadership initiatives and mentoring
- Experience with Project Controls is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management and project control methodologies
- Experience with any of the following software is a plus:
- EcoSys
- Oracle Primavera P6
- Oracle Primavera Unifier
- Oracle Aconex
- Ares Prism
- SAP
- Oracle EBS
- ERP Software
- Knowledge in SQL Statements and Programming Language such as JavaScript and VBA are a plus.
**Languages**:
- English - Intermediate.
- Portuguese - Intermediate is a plus.
